Located in the East Bay of the San Francisco Bay Area, our client is preparing for rapid geographic expansion across the United States and beyond.
To enable this growth, our client has recruited an extraordinary senior leadership team comprised of sophisticated professionals with both start-up & Fortune 500 expertise.
Our client understands that people are the most important driver for the company's continued growth & evolution. Our client is seeking a highly-experienced & entrepreneurial professional to build out the company's human resources function on an interim basis.
THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Interim Chief Human Resources Officer is a key member of the client's senior leadership team. The role provides for extensive interaction with the client's CEO/founder & supports a team of nearly 100 employees.
This engagement is ideally suited for the HR professional with a hybrid combination of experience in Fortune 500 companies, early stage firms, pre-IPO firms and/or PE-backed organizations.
In this role, the Interim CHRO will be responsible for aligning the client's people strategy with the business strategy. A key deliverable with the engagement is building the strategy and organizational structure to enable the client's continued growth.
As customary in a start-up environment, the Interim CHRO must embrace the tactical side of human resources by creating policies, procedures, processes & more.
The role requires a daily onsite presence at the client's East Bay offices.
